Everything we do is made to order just for you so pretty please allow the allotted time for us to create your silhouette and to hand craft your custom item. We are a team of mama bears of artisans and artists using real mama hands to create something wonderful and beautiful for you. And, real human mama will respond to your emails. So, seriously, if you have any questions or concerns, just reach out. We want to fix anything, make it right and get you happy. Oz behind the internet curtain is actually just sipping on green tea wondering how to squeeze in a few more silhouettes before daycare pickup.
We ship using USPS and UPS, which you can choose in your cart. Shipping times depend on your location - usually 2-8 business days because that's what USPS says is true. This is no guarantee, but we cross our fingers every time.
FRAMED SILHOUETTES
The size you order is the size of the piece before framing. Our frames add approximately an additional .75 - 1 inches to each side:
Example Dimensions:
8x8 - Final Dimensions: 9.5x9.5
10x10 - Final Dimensions: 11.5x11.5
12x12 - Final Dimensions: 13.5x13.5
UNFRAMED SILHOUETTES
The size you order is roughly the size of the piece, with a little leeway for "outside the box" items like ponytails and hair bows.
ORNAMENTS
Your circle ornament is approximately 3.35x3.25 inches.
MAT
Our mats are fabric covered framing industry-standard mats.
FRAMING
Silhouettes are finished with archival custom frame shop methods, permanently sealed to last for many lifetimes.
BACKING
Each piece is backed with framing paper and a sawtooth hanger and is ready to hang in your home when it arrives.
